C & M Engineering and Design, LTD. had two projects within Damonte Village Shopping Center- one for Kohl's Reno South and one for the master civil improvements plans. The Kohl's Reno South project included preliminary layout and design for required submittal to the Damonte Ranch Trade Center and the City of Reno's site plan review process. C & M Engineering provided coordination and submittal of architectural, landscaping, site lighting, and civil plans to the Damonte Ranch Trade Center and obtained approval for the Trade Center's 3-step submittal process and the City's site plan review. C & M Engineering provided final design of the 8.75 acre Kohl's site which included mass grading; sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water system designs; site parking and circulation; and hydrology and hydraulics. C & M Engineering provided submittal and coordination of construction documents to the client and public agencies. C & M Engineering was retained to provide planning and engineering services for the remaining pads for Southtowne Crossing Center which is across Damonte Parkway to the north. This shopping center offers the citizens of Southwest Reno and visitors accessible shopping and restaurant experiences.

C & M Engineering was able to coordinate with many parties to complete the final design on time.
