Project Purpose:
C & M Engineering was retained to provide planning and engineering services for remaining pads located in one of the newest and fastest growing shopping centers in Reno. Anchored by a Super WalMart, this shopping center offers the citizens of Southwest Reno and visitors accessible shopping and restaurant experiences.

Services Performed:
C & M Engineering performed the civil engineering services for the last two pads for the first part of the project (Phase I) while providing several attractive pad engineering options for Phase II based on client needs and projected vendor interest allowing for a variable of three to five pads.
