Chacon & Menante, (C & M) and its principal and senior engineer's combined experience exceeds 81 years, essentially in the areas of land development, for public and private sector clients. C & M's team presently includes 6 persons, who are fully supported by the forefront of technology with their hardware and software design tools. This team includes 3 licensed professional engineers both in Nevada and California - Samuel R. Chacon, Lisa Chacon Menante, and David Pulley along with one 1 licensed professional engineer and land surveyor, George Fong. Peter Rissone and Virginia Ibarra support the staff, with their fifteen plus years of drafting and technical skills.
